都是活动，activity和event有什么区别？

(1) Activity 活动

指花时间干的事情。

You have two activities each day at summer camp.

你在夏令营每天有两个活动。

The kids have after-school activities all week.

孩子们一整周都有课后活动。

(2) Event 活动

指比较重要的事件、活动。

I think the event just ended - now the price has been adjusted back to its original price.

活动刚刚结束，现在价格已经调回原价了。

They called the venue to see if they had open slots for the event we want to schedule.

他们给场地的人打了电话，看看有没有空余时段可以安排咱们的活动。
