3. 技术标准和质量标准Technical Standards and Quality Standard
The design, the Contractors Document, the execution and the completed Works shall comply with the countrys technical standards, building, construction and environmental Laws, Laws applicable to the product being produced from the Works, and other standards specified in the Employers Requirements, applicable to the Works, or defined by the applicable Laws.
设计、承包商文件、施工和竣工工程,均应符合工程所在国的技术标准、建筑、施工与环境方面的法律、适用于工程将生产的产品的法律、以及雇主要求中提出的适用于工程、或适用法律规定的其他标准.
All these Laws shall, in respect of the Works and each Section, be those prevailing when the Works or Section are taken over by the Employer under Clause 10 [Employer’s Taking Over]. References in the Contract to published standards shall be understood to be references to the edition applicable on the Base Date, unless stated otherwise.
所有这些关于工程和其各分项工程的法规,应是在雇主根据第10条[雇主的接收]的规定接收工程或分项工程时通行的.除非另有说明,合同中提到的各项已公布标准应视为在基准日期适用的版本.

The quality of this Project shall not only reach the standards for qualified project and pass the inspection for completion by the construction administrative department, but also reach the concrete quality standards described in the Drawings, tendering documents and other attachments of this contract.
工程质量不仅要达到合格工程标准，通过建筑行政管理部门的验收，而且还要达到图纸、投标文件及本合同其他附件中提出的具体质量要求。
Quality standards adopted质量标准
The quality of this Project shall not only reach the standards for qualified project and pass the inspection for completion by the government department, but also reach the concrete quality standards described in the Drawings, tendering documents and other attachments of this contract.
工程质量不仅要达到合格工程标准，通过政府部门的行政验收，而且还要达到图纸、投标文件及本合同其他附件中提出的具体质量要求。
本工程以施工图纸、作法说明、设计变更和《建筑装饰工程施工及验收规范》（JGJ73-91）、《建筑安装工程质量检验评定统一标准》（GBJ300-88）等国家制订的施工及验收规范为质量评定验收标准。

本工程质量应达到国家质量评定合格标准。甲方要求部分或全部工程项目达到优良标准时，应向乙方支付由此增加的费用。

The project carries out the standard: "Pipeline Straight Potable water System Technology Regulations" (CJJ110-2006) People‘s Republic of China profession standard, including water quality, equipment material, construction standard, acceptance of work and so on.
工程执行标准：《管道直饮水系统技术规程》（CJJ110—2006）中华人民共和国行业标准，包括水质、设备材料、施工规范、工程验收等。本工程应符合<建筑装饰工程技术规程>和市建设行政主管部门制定的其它地方标准质量评定验收标准
The execution of this project must be consistent with the “Architectural and Engineering Rules” of the city administrative departments respon sible for the development of buildings and local standards and quality evaluation acceptance criteria.
ADOPTED STANDARDS AND CODES 项目规范和标准
According to the requirements of the bidding documents, Vietnam or China standards and codes shall be adopted.
按照招标文件的要求，采用TISCO提供的越南标准和规范，如果TISCO不能提供相关的越南标准和规范，在工程设计、设备制造中将采用中国相应的标准和规范。
本工程执行双方确认的施工技术规范，并将其作为工程验收标准。
The Project shall be carried out in conformity with the construction technical standards agreed upon by both Parties, and these shall be the standards for examination and acceptance upon completion of the Project.
