通常我们说一件东西太贵了，常用的就是it is too expensive,但是在英语中，还有很多形容“太贵了”的方法，今天就来叫大家优雅地表达：

1、sth costs a fortune /bomb /bundle

fortune、bomb 或 bundle 都指一大笔钱或巨款

The wedding reception cost a fortune.

婚礼宴会花了一大笔钱。

2、exclusive

exclusive 强调独家；指 价格昂贵且高档的，仅少数人买的起或用的起的：

exclusive clothes ( 高档服装 )

upscale/upmarket brand ( 高档品牌 )

It‘s an exclusive neighborhood; there lives a lot of celebrites.

这带居民区消费很高端，住着很多名人。

3、luxurious 价格昂贵且舒适奢华的

They stayed in a luxurious hotel.

他们入住了一间豪华的酒店。

4、posh 价格昂贵且时髦的

One needs to have a posh shop to attract the customers.

要吸引顾客就必须有一个时髦漂亮的铺子。

5、overpriced/be highway robbery

价格太昂贵，贵得夸张、离谱或不合理的

6、sth is priced out of the market

某样东西对某方而言会很贵。

This speaker is good,but it’ll cost you.
