雪蛤，学名“东北林蛙”， 是一种珍贵的蛙科两栖类动物，生长在长白山脉，小兴安岭大部，张广才岭腹地地区，以野果和昆虫为食，因其在寒冬中可冬眠长达五个月之久，因此得名“雪蛤”。
